7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any merchandise in "new and unused" condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and the cost may be significant for large or heavy items. Please check with your carrier of choice for actual shipping rates before contacting us for a return authorization.

"New and unused" condition

"New and unused" means saleable condition: not used, worn, dirty or washed. For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns with any indication that the item has been used, installed or applied. This includes, but is not limited to, items requiring assembly that have been assembled or unsealed.

How to start a return

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a return authorization. Returns sent without a return authorization cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt for items in "new and unused" condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on an exchange, both returning the original item to us and shipping the replacement. Contact us for an exchange authorization before sending anything back.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
