Who makes the products sold on MilkCrates1?
Every product on MilkCrates1.com is manufactured by Farmplast, LLC, a privately owned American manufacturer founded in June 2007. We injection-mold our milk crates, Super Crates, totes, bread trays, glass racks and dollies ourselves and sell them factory-direct.
Are your milk crates made in the USA?
Yes. All of our products are made in the USA by Farmplast from heavy-duty plastic.
Is MilkCrates1 the same company as Milk Crates Direct?
Yes. MilkCrates1.com and MilkCratesDirect.com are both online stores operated by Farmplast, LLC, and they sell the same Farmplast-made products. On MilkCrates1, shipping to the lower 48 states is already included in every price. Milk Crates Direct lists a lower product price and adds shipping at checkout.
How big is Farmplast?
Farmplast has about 80 employees and runs 20 injection molding machines. We produce about 100,000 crates per week and have storage for 500,000 crates, so large orders can ship quickly.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) is included in every price, so nothing is added at checkout. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. territories through the website; ask us for a shipping quote instead.
How fast will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after shipping.
Is there a minimum order?
Some single units have a small minimum per color, shown on the product page. Sets, pallets and dollies have no minimum. Minimums apply to each color, so colors can't be mixed to reach a minimum.
Can you put our logo on the crates?
Yes. We hot-stamp custom logos on crates and other products. You can upload your artwork when you order, or see custom logo hot-stamping for details.
Do you sell wholesale or by the pallet?
Yes. We sell singles, sets, half pallets, full pallets and truckload quantities. Request bulk pricing and our team will send a quote.
What sizes of milk crates do you make?
We make square 16-quart crates (13 × 13 × 11"), rectangular 24-quart crates (19 × 13 × 11"), half crates (19 × 13 × 6.5"), closed wall crates, Super Crates for vinyl records and Mini Super Crates. Compare them in our milk crate size guide.
What is your return policy?
Items in new, unused condition can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. The customer pays return shipping. See our return and refund policy.
